Peppers.

At some point during the past three years, I had a massive grand mal that made it so that I could no longer eat spicy foods, (I can only have jalapeno’s now and I still have to suck on ice afterwards) and now I’m going to try to train myself into being able to stand eating spicy foods to the point where I can possibly eat a ghost pepper! #SPICY, #LIKEMYBLOOD

  1. I don’t know if anyone has ever suggested it to you, but if you are not lactose intolerant MILK is far better for counteracting the effects of capsaicin than ice or water.
